Two of our customers in the last week have called to tell us that after they have placed an order (and the pop up applet appears saying this item has been added to your shopping cart)when they go to the shopping cart it is empty. I am using version 3.4 and have not experienced this problem until this week. The difficulty is occurring on different items and I cannot reproduce the difficulty. I have seen the problem before when our site is viewed through another portal (ie. the url in the address line is not ours but someone elses. I have clarified with the customers that the url must be http://www.mountainvalleycenter.com for the cart to work. Both customers said this is the case.
Again, this is a NEW problem that appears to be repeating. Where could I start looking for a solution?

I headed to your site at http://www.mountainvalleycenter.com and placed a test order for Blue Pearl Oil. Everything went smoothly and I was unable to replicate the issue your customers were having. Can you can get them to elaborate further on what exactly the problem was? If it cannot be reproduced here at Microburst we are unable to diagnose it and provide a solution.
Most probably it sounds like it was a browser's cache or history becoming garbled and confusing the browser (if portals were used).
