"Order Form fails to load in Japan"

I received an email from a person in Japan trying to order something. He said the order form would not load. Have you heard of this?

No, there are no "Japan" specific browser problems that we know of.... But there could have been a variety of other things causing that may have caused the problem (depending on the customer's browser/operating system, whether he actually allowed enough time for it to load, was Java enabled, when exactly during the order process didn't it load, was the server/internet connection ok at the time, are you using uShop 2.x or 3.x, etc.) If it was an isolated incident.. then you probably have your site setup fine and I wouldn't worry about it. But if you receive other reports of problems, then there could be a problem with your configuration.... in which case, if you give me the URL of the store I could check it over.
